I honestly had no idea what I was getting myself into until I came across Kelsey’s card and decided to give her a call. Let me just say that it was the best decision I could have ever made. Kelsey made my buying process so smooth and easy. Not only does she have a bubbly/ AWESOME personality which made things feel 10x better but, she was able to work around my schedule or come to me when ever we needed to discuss or sign any paper work (something not just anyone would do). Kelsey was awesome about following up with me and keeping me in the loop with everything that she came across as well. You can tell Kelsey loves her job but she LOVES seeing her clients happy and comfortable with their new forever homes more.
